Today's Harvest: After a Week Away

I was on a business trip to Malaysia this past week, and my husband was visiting family in Minnesota, so there was a lot waiting to be harvested in the garden on my return.  The eggplant, okra and cucumbers are the biggest producers right now.  The peppers and green beans are still producing, but not at their earlier summer rates.

  1. At this point I have two suggestions. First? You might as well start up your own Farmer's Market. What a lovely bounty of produce you are getting. And Second? I think you'll need to change up the description under your blog name. Because "Striving for a Green Thumb"? I'm pretty sure you've got the green thumb part nailed down!

    1. Ha! Thanks, Deb. I'll keep the "Striving for a Green Thumb" for now... at least until I prove my gardening skills through a couple tough Texas summers. After that, I might consider the description change. For now, I want to make sure this season isn't just a fluke ;-)
